S.O.S. Cycles are cycles of themed classes, supplementing normal practice, designed to overcome tensions and weaknesses that arise in daily life or during sports practice. 
During the classes you will do specific work on the needs of the parts of the body most frequently subject to tension or trauma (shoulders and neck, back, knees, etc.). The teacher will guide students in asanas to enable them to gain awareness and all the theoretical and practical knowledge needed during yogic practice.
The program is designed to relieve tension, recover proper alignment, increase mobility and strengthen the stabilizing muscles. 
S.O.S. Cycles cover:
- shoulders and neck
- knees
- lumbar area
- hips and pelvis
- scoliosis
