The Iyengar Yoga Institute Milan is pleased to present a week-long residential seminar in the birthplace of yoga, India!

The seminar will take place from December 4, 2025, to January 11, 2026, and will be led by Chiara Travisi, a certified Iyengar® Level 3 teacher and mentor.

From December 27 to December 4, 2025, it will also be possible to participate in a group tour of a location of cultural interest.
