Summer Retreat in Caprino Bergamasco from 12th to 16th June 2024 with Chiara Travisi.

Chiara's teaching will be true to the Iyengar Yoga principles. Iyengar Yoga Students from level 2 are welcome.

Anuttara Retreat Yoga Center offers and equipped yoga room, full board, vegetarian and vegan menu, twin or triple rooms.

Program

Thursday 13 June: check in from 2 p.m. and practice from 4 to 7 p.m., dinner, overnight stay;
Friday 14 and Saturday 15 June: pranayama, breakfast, practice, lunch, practice, dinner, overnight stay;
Sunday 16 June: pranayama, breakfast, practice, lunch, check out from 2 p.m. .
