Part 6 instead moves to a #sarvangasana cycle with a #jalandharabandha chin lock. So, compared to the head position held in Part 5, where the throat was completely opened, here the pushing of the chin towards the sternum is intended to increase the blood circulation in the throat and thyroid area. Even though the chin is in close contact with the sternum, the throat remains free and there is not compression if the #jalandharabandha is performed correctly. Be sure that you do not experience any compression or closure in the throat and larynges. Hold each pose for 3, 6 up to 9 minutes.
