Summer Extend&Compact - part 6

Part 6 moves towards a deep focus on compactness, proposing asanas that traditionally creates a reversal of the usual attitude that we have when we are engaged in everyday life. Here the body is literally bent and knotted, breaking the usual body patterns.
 
The body forms here communicate the following: “I don’t want to see, I don’t want to feel, I don’t want to act” and they are an explicitation of the search for silence and stillness of the plexus of congnition that traditionally is the main goal of yoga methods.
