“Foundations of back extensions” November 28-30, 2025.

The program will be as follows: 
- Friday, Nov. 28 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.: live streaming Q&A
- Saturday, Nov. 29, practice from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m;
- Sunday, Nov. 30, pranayama from 8 to 9 a.m. and practice from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
