Classroom courses

Yoga practice in the classroom is irreplaceable.
The teacher observes, corrects and guides the student as needed. The teacher's voice, her corrections, and the trusting relationship that is established make classroom courses a unique and valuable experience.

• Level 1This class is reserved for beginners with up to 2 years of yoga practice in the IYENGAR method.
• Level 2This class is reserved for students with more than 2 years of regular yoga practice in the IYENGAR method.
• Level 3This class is reserved for students with 4 or more years of experience who intend to further consolidate their practice of IYENGAR yoga.
• Level 4This class is reserved to expert students who intend to perfect their yoga practice in IYENGAR yoga.
• General ClassThis class is suitable to both beginners and experienced students of the IYENGAR yoga method.
• KidsThis class is intended for children from ages 5 to 9 who want to have a go with yoga poses.
• TeenThis class is reserved for middle and high school kids, between the ages of 11 and 18, and is split in two separate groups.
• AgelessThis class is offered to anyone interested in yoga at a more mature stage in life, and to those seeking a softer rhythm.
• PranayamaThis class is open exclusively to students regularly practicing yoga in Levels 2 and 3 since at least 2 years.
• Special NeedsClass dedicated to students needing a specific practice designed around special needs or to aid in a period of recovery.
• PrenatalThese cycles of classes are dedicated exclusively to women.
• SOSSOS classes are offered as a series of lessons with a theme, serving to integrate your usual practice, created to help overcome everyday life tensions.
• TeachersThis class is dedicated to those interested in updating and going in depth into their teaching practice and style.
