The Iyengar Lab cycle dedicated to teachers, mentees, and advanced students continues in 2025/2026 with Chiara Travisi, IYENGAR® teacher, mentor, and director of the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Milan.

“Foundations of twisting” from March 21 to 22, 2026  in person and live online (S.Agostino, via Numa Pompilio, 3 Milano). In Italian and English. 

The program will be as follows:
- Saturday, March 21, asana practice from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Sunday, March 22, pranayama from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and asana practice from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Participation fee (2 mornings): €110
