Iyengar® Lab | Continuing Education

Iyengar® Lab is the continuing education programme of the Iyengar Institute Milano, dedicated to experienced practitioners, mentees, and yoga teachers of Iyengar Yoga and other traditions.

We look forward to welcoming you to Milan for a weekend of dedicated practice, study, and inquiry with one of the foremost representatives of the Iyengar Yoga tradition and RIMYI.

Special Guest Teacher

With more than 20 years of teaching experience, Uday trained directly under Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, Geeta and Prashant at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. He taught at RIMYI for 25 years and has since guided thousands of students across Europe, the Americas and Asia, bringing a deep understanding of the art, science and philosophy of the method.

Deposit (to reserve your place): €150
Early Bird: €240 (full workshop fee)
Standard Fee: €260 (full workshop fee)
The remaining balance is due before the beginning of the workshop.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before the event: full refund of all payments.
From 60 to 30 days before the event: the €150 deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the event: no refund can be provided.
Should the organiser cancel the workshop, all payments will be refunded in full.
